Dangerous work -- and to have your family there helping. What a hard life.
Twink - the slate quarry that I own actually was started by a man from Wales - and the slate is said to be from the slate in Wales - I am not sure how that works but it is the same color as the Wales slate, maybe one of those "smart" geologist can help with that - I am working on a history page that has all the information in it. Across the street from the property is a house that is made out of slate which is really cool! My dad has a slate roof which the slate comes from the property.
