Smile NMSS Women's Retreat in Miami!!
Tomorrow I'm going to the NMSS Women's Retreat in Miami !! It's sponsored by the South Florida chapter. I am so excited!! I'll be staying at the Miami Hilton from Friday through Sunday along with 199 other women with MS . There will be massages, yoga, tai chi, reiki, food, facials etc., etc. I'm hoping that this will pull me out of the sad\depressed mood I've been in since my Mom died. I know it's not gonna make everything all better but it's bound to help . Has anyone been to something like this?

I hope you have a fantastic time!!! I was trying to remember today when you told me this retreat was. I know you've told me several times but you know how it goes.....

Were you able to get a room by yourself?

Are you taking a digital camera? I hope you are so you can post pics and we can all go on a virtual retreat with you!!

Have a great time....I'm so glad you're doing this for yourself. I pray that you come home with a renewed sense of peace and comfort.

**hey, don't forget to bring back some towels!!**

Gosh Joelle, you poor thing! Fancy having to put up with all that. I'm sure it will be pure torture!

Seriously, what a wonderful vacation, and just what you need right now.

I'll be thinking of you with a teeny bit of envy, and as Kel said, don't forget your camera.

Yes, Kelly, I got a private room in order to 'protect the innocent' LOL! I will take my camera but I can't promise anything unless someone there can show me how to use it!!
(oops! I gotta get an extra bag for towels, shampoo, coffee and anything else the hotel is givin' away, tehe)
