Wow, I've been wondering how to do this. And I did it. It sure was a wonderful welcome back to NT. Does the title make me look older?

I feel, I've turned a corner. The flare is subsiding, and no icky 'roids. I just rode the fatigue away under my quilt.

My ankle is nearly back to normal. Still a bit less limber, but gaining strength. The brace is ready for my travels on uneven terrain, when I remember. I'm to wear it through 2008.

The back, still an issue, but now that I'm feeling better, and getting some energy, I'm going to do my stretches and then my PT guy will not be upset.

Congratulations on becoming a senior!! It's quite an exciting thing around here! I wonder if they'll make us join the AARP?

Curious!!! Where did you get that pic of me in my bikini?? I thought I had trashed all of those! It's OK....I don't wear it anymore. Too risky...I might trip!!
