Thank you everyone for all your thoughts and prayers....they worked!!!!

The suspicious looking spot that I had removed was indeed a melanoma, but the pathology said it was benign.

It appears I was lucky though because although it was in the pre-cancerous state, my doctor said it could have turned nasty any tic of the clock!

Once again ... thank you for your support. I nearly didn't have it excised.
