Yes, it's the Jade! We were specifically looking at Norwegian because of the informality. When we sailed Royal Caribbean the formal nights were fun, but the clothes (especially DH's jacket etc) took up too much suitcase space!

And AMN, you are 100% correct about the shoes. I am going to have a bit of a shoe problem, though. I've had to start seeing a podiatrist due to plantar's faciitis and heel spurs and will require a custom insole. My podiatrist recommended I look for dress shoes from Aravon or Naot which have a removable insole. Of course, there are no retailers within a hundred miles of here!

As far as pictures, I can pretty much guarantee that DH will take 20 rolls of scenic photos, none of which include any people. I'm still giving him a hard time about the pictures from Alaska - two whole rolls of glacier, but not one single photo of our room, us together, or the group we traveled with. I think I will invest in a small digital and take candids and other pics I find interesting, so we will at least have a few pics with people in them!

I know one thing I want to do differently on this cruise is to participate in more of the free classes and tours on the ship. I didn't do any of that on RCI, thinking it was more trouble than it was worth at the time, but after hearing about it from others in our group it all sounded like fun. We should have plenty of time to try a little of everything!
