Donning armour and shield~~ No, I didn't go to the Dr. I know it may or may not have been the best notion, but the hip has improved. (dodging)
It still hurts, but my activity levels seem to dictate that. However, it is much better. I swore to my DH that if the pain even escalates one bit, that I will go to the Dr. (he's still grumbling about it)

I actually see my Dr on the 28th for my Boniva bloodwork and annual, so I will inform her of my tumbling. I do think that my flip onto the ground deserved at least a Bronze! :Wheel:
