Default MS Management Strategy:

An Aussie with MS sent me this, and I share it with her permission.

Maybe you have some of your own you can add to the list!

There are lots of Moving Stories about Multiple Sclerosis.
This is my own MS Management Strategy:

Meaningful Support - can help Maintain Sanity,

Managing Stress - can make you More Serene,

Mere Siestas - can help you to be More Sedate,

Minimize Selfishness - don't expect too much,

Moderate Standards - don't set too high a goal,

Move Slowly - don't rush things - help control Mood Swings,

And remember.........................

A Magical Smile - can Make Sunshine.
