It's anniversary time

Thumbs up It's anniversary time
The bad news: Monday is my 3rd anniversary for my MS dx.

The good news: Monday is my 7th anniversary for marrying my best friend!

What a day for extreme and opposite feelings. I shared this in Sunday School today and people weren't sure how to say congratulations on the bad news. I say its a good thing cuz it's 3 years of living without mobility aids and I've only had minor sx, in comparison to many of you.

I see 'em both as Happy Anniversaries. Your wedding anniversary is definitely happy, but your other anniversary is too--because you've got a positive attitude about it and can LIVE with it, so that's a huge step in conquering dealing with this lovely disease. BONUS!

I have a positive attitude about this 'cuz I'm married to my best friend who will support me in everything. He took "in sickness and in health" seriously.
