What's the best advice you've ever received? I had these randomly pop into my memory this morning, and they truly are words of wisdom:
"Liquor then beer, never fear; beer then liquor, never sicker." Learned that one in college. Now these may seem silly, but they are really about exercises in futility: "Never try to teach a pig to sing - it wastes your time, and annoys the pig." "Never french inhale while standing on your head." So what advice have you received that's helped you out in life?
