Stealing from Earl and his coffee thread.
I love Peppermint herbal tea. I drink this in the evening generally. Or Vanilla tea (both Tetley). I don't care for the non-herbal tea. Dehydrates me horribly it feels like. What teas do you folks enjoy?

I love green tea.
Peppermint tea is always on hand for upset tummies. Chamomile for relaxation when needed.

I drink pretty much green tea. I usually don't drink hot tea though.

I drink Crystal Light Green Tea with Raspberry. I used to be a sweet tea drinker but it made me gain weight.

A question about Green Tea (which is exceptionally popular now).
I've heard from some sources that Green Tea should be avoided by those with MS. I can't for the life of me remember the reasoning behind it. Anyone heard similar and know why?

I never heard that but maybe because green tea boosts the immune system?
