Congratulations!! :You-Rock: You're such a good Mom, Trish.....and you care so much for your girls. I'm sure if she hadn't have had your encouragement (that's what us Mom's call "threatening" these days!! :p) it would have been much harder for her. I know you're both happy that it's behind her now. :)

Ya know Tkrik, I've been following your posts about your daughter. My oldest son dropped out of High School his senior year. I was worried at the time, but thought he had made the right decision for him. He went out west for a year with a friend, and when he came home he was ready to take his GED test. He found out how hard it was to get a good paying job without a high school diploma.

Long story short, he passed his GED , took some courses at the local community college, and once again realized class rooms were not his cup of tea. He is now a supervisor for the Dupont plant. He travels quite frequently for the company, has a home and family, and makes a better salary than his 2 brothers that both have college degrees. I always was supportive of his decisions, and THE SKY IS THE LIMIT is real!! Some people just march to a different drummer.May your daughters dreams come true!! Congrats!!
