We're as prepared as we can be. Take 2 drawers out of the file cabinet and the contents of the safe if we have to leave...

We've been through some scares and disasters. Hurricane Andrew in S. Florida was the real teacher.

Ike was not all that bad. No AC kinda stunk. I really shoulda made up the 230V/single phase extension cord for the water well pump before we lost power, but hey - I got one made up now.

Insurance adjustor stopped by 9 pm Friday.
