Default Anyone have this problem? (Windows Vista)

Everytime I click on the thanks button, I get sent to a page that says something like, You're not authorized to do that. (I forget the exact wording) I just got a new laptop and it has Windows Vista on it. Not sure if it's related to that, but I don't have that problem on my other laptop or my desktop both which have XP on them. I'm missing being able to thank you all!
