Without you, I may not have known that New Brunswick could potentially get smacked in the next 24 hours by a hurricane.

THIS should be interesting.

Running out this afternoon to get jar candles, flashlight and batteries.. good thing I have a lot of non-perishables already to keep my tummy full! Lots of bottled water too!

Don't worry about my safety. I'm going to sit back and enjoy the storm. I'm in a well built brick building on the second floor, on a higher elevation of land than some places in town. Not prone to flooding here. Plus, our electrical is in the "hospital grid", so when it goes out, it's one of the first back on.
