Hey, Kell, still waiting for the sequel. Were you able to ask your regular driver about this?

I can't stop thinking about this charming neighbor, does he check out all your packages? Please stay as alert to him as possible, if he is capable of this crime, what other little tricks are in his bag?

I haven't spoken to my driver yet. I think my Amazon order should be here next week sometime. I'm usually always home and can hear the truck when it comes...he usually turns around in the circle and parks right in front of my house.

The strange thing about this is that I hardly ever see this neighbor. And he's feeble and uses a cane so I find it hard to believe that he carted my package over to his house. I'm thinking it was left there by mistake. I must have been in the shower when the UPS guy came coz I didn't hear him. I'm still amazed that the guy even came to tell me he had my package..... Maybe he just wanted someone to talk to.

I have NOT told Matt about this, either. That would generate eight million questions and probably a security system with lethal laser beams across the front porch!!

I truly believe this man has some "issues" (medically speaking) and needs to be looked after more than he is right now. His son is over there once a week but I never see anyone else. I'd hate to see what the condition of his house is if nobody cleans it regularly. Maybe he was just hungry......I just worry too much about others.............

What I think may have happened is he did come to your house but when he didn't get an answer he went to a neighbor. Sometimes they do this if it's a perishable item. You can request them to not leave the package with a neighbor in the future. It probably wont work if your regular driver takes a day off though.

On a side note, I hate UPS. I love my driver though when he doesn't take a day off! lol If he's not my regular driver it is guaranteed my packages will be left in front of my house and not by the door. That bugs the carp out of me because how hard is it to walk to my door? Once I check my mail I usually don't go out my garage which is in the front of my house. My front door is on the side. I cannot tell you how many times I have went out the next morning to find packages sitting out there. Sometimes they are Jim's meds. No matter how many times I protest, it still happens. My regular never does it, he always comes to my door.

I wish the FedEx driver would ring my doorbell when he drops off my C.

I used to have a rather large dog (look at my avatar) that barked loudly, but was just a big baby. I think the FedEx guy must think I still have my dog (dog died in 2006) and he just quietly puts the box on the porch and then runs for his truck.

I even asked the pharmacy to put a note on my box of C last time, telling the guy to ring the freaking doorbell, I found my C sitting in a chair, facing the sun (and the street!) the other day. One of the icepacks was melted. I'd been looking out the door all afternoon, watching for the box to magically appear. Instead he left it in the chair that I cant see from the door.

It's been 2 1/2 yrs since I had my dog, and he's still scaring people. Just not the people I want to scare away.

Can you leave a note on the door saying the RING BELL BEFORE LEAVING PACKAGES PLEASE!

My ups guy hits the bell, and is headed back to his truck! I am NOT fast enough for this guy. I swear he is on speed. He drives like a maniac, and rush rush rush. I tell him I CANT get to the door that fast. We have watched out the window. DING DONG and he turns before his finger is off the button. My DH went out and had a chat with him, but it doesnt matter. Now the FedEx guy is great! he waits patiently till I get to him.
