Default Wooden Arrows

Title V, Additional Tax Relief and other Tax Provisions, Subtitle A, General Provisions -

"SEC. 503. Exemption from Excise Tax for Certain Wooden Arrows Designed For Use By Children"

This is a strange thing to find in an emergency finance bill but it's in what the Senate passed yesterday. Page 300.
