Default VP debate, a NOT POLITICAL observation

Did anyone notice in the debate tonight Sarah's accent was almost not there? her accent has been very noticeable until this debate. I wonder if she has had some vocal coaching.

Lets NOT make any political comments on this, just about my observation.

Thanks.

I only got to see the last few minutes of it, but I heard her accent...I actually like her accent. (and no, that's not a political statement)

I didn't notice any change in her accent.

I still noticed a bit of the accent, but I agree it's possible she's been going through some vocal coaching.

I enjoyed the debate tonight....better than the Prez debate. I never noticed that she had an accent.

I've got it recorded, but haven't had time to watch it yet.

Yeah, her accent didn't sound as strong to me tonight either. Certain words it was still pretty strong though.

I also noticed that her accent had been toned down. Before, she sounded like the actors in the movie Fargo. That strong Minnesota or Up North type of accent.

She seemed to hold her own in the debate.

Hmm, I'll have to take note. One thing that crossed my mind is this: I have a brother in North Carolina, and his accent is WAAAAAY more pronounced under certain circumstances as opposed to others. I think if he were making a speech (where's the hysterical smiley?) his accent would be toned down a great deal, just because of his concentration on what he was saying. Does that make sense?
