Please dont change mine if you visit I LIKE it under! it pulls off the roll better.

Actually if there is a pattern, its supposed to be over, so the pretty pattern shows. if its white it doesnt matter. same for paper towels.

I have always had under handed dealings in my bathroom. its weird when the DH changes it to over hand stuff.

We had this poll on another board I go to with local moms. They all said under is best while over is best here! I really could care less so long as there is TP on the roll. My DD will switch it to under if she uses my bathroom because it bugs her so much. So when I go in hers I switch it to over just to irritate her. It is my job to annoy her. :D

My Mom always put it on the roll going under....because we had a cat who loved to play with the TP and unroll all of it while we were sleeping. If it's on going under then they can strum on the roll all they want and it won't unroll!!

I chose OVER ...

and when I 'need to go' when I'm at a friend's house or store ... I will change the roll to go "my" way .. and then fold it into a triangle like they do at hotels!!

p.s. that's how the PATTERNS are set ... then you can see all the pretty embossed flowers, etc ...

uh, except in the outhouse ... then it's probably just up, sitting on a 2x4 or something!

I doing a lot of my toileting in the wee hours (dark), so I like the TP under because it comes out the bottom automatically when you spin it. I find that it sticks (doesn't come off the roll) when it is over.

I like it over, because I can't find the end when it's under. And it just feels backwards! I have been known to change it from under to over at people's houses, too. Just because I get frustrated rolling it around and around trying to get ahold of the end.
