They are called Promise Activ Super Shots....a little yogurt drink with a special ingredient that helps to lower your cholestrol.....You can in it in most grocery stores (different flavors). I am also using the Promise Active Butterlike spread...also cholestrol lowering.

It seems to have done the trick, becauseI didn't do anything else to lower my cholestrol.

That's my major problem my Cholesterol. Taking meds for it
but it is still not going down that fast. I eat right. The dr. thinks it
is an inhereited problem.

What I meant by that, was sending prays that we all will be here
together sharing our friendship at NT and for new friends to come. Health\
