Wow, you did have a bad week!

I agree with WG5K, a journal will help immensely. I wish I had kept one from the beginning. However, I've got one going back about ten years. It's my complete medical journal.

I write down each thing I want and need to cover at my next doctor's visit. Every time my meds change, I make a new meds list. After the visit, I write down any med changes, tests run (with results), instructions given, etc.

I also include date and results of MRI's, mammo's, etc.

I hope this week is a whole lot better than the last for you.
