Default Mom is coming home!

She arrives in Vegas today so DH, and I are going to go fetch her and bring her home.

She spends six months with my sister and her hubby in Iowa and then snowbirds here with us. I call it "split custody" and it works out great for all of us.

It is so nice and gets direct flights so no hassles to travel and no luggage as she has what she needs in both homes.

She spoils our dog Jesse and he is so anxious for his Grandma to come home too. He hides dog treats in her bed which shows he accepts her as one of the pack.

I have her room ready and waiting for her and so anxious to have her "home" again!

Have a wonderful Arizona Winter..

Aww, what a lucky Mom she is! You're so sweet to welcome her into your home. I hope my kids "share" me like that once I'm old!

Wait...I'm already old! My kids need to hurry up and get their own places so I can have "visitation" with them!
