Well, I woke up at 3:45 am, did the SSS thing, woke my wife up with a kiss and an "I love you", drove to work, got here 0530, checked e-mail and daily operations report, made coffee, and now I'm sitting here typing this (duh...).

I'll do my rounds of the mission control power plant and control rooms in about 15 minutes and then go to the daily ops meeting at 0715. We have an EVA scheduled for today so that'll be the focus most of the day.

Pretty boring, eh? Well, you asked...

Oh yeah - S&P futures are way down. Looks like another rough day on Wall Street...

Koala, you have to check out Dave Barry's Colonoscopy Journal. Just google it and you'll find it. Make sure you're not eating/drinking anything when you read it.

drink coffee dont you use an IV

unfortunately it was some time ago and dont recall how my day started I sure didnt have anyone pee on my leg and tell me its raining, it was a slow moe type of day here, I did a few things not too much
