Default So how did YOUR day start out?

Mine started very interestingly. Was walking my dog and met a neighbor who has a dog--they're both males. So she and I are exchanging pleasantries and my dog walks up to her and lifts his leg and pees on her leg.

What kind of words do you use when THAT happens??? I mean, sorry just doesn't seem quite adequate.

At least she had a sense of humor about it. She started cracking up. So there we were with me apologizing profusely and we're both cracking up. I'm sooooooo gonna have a talk with the dog about "socially acceptable" behavior.

Later I realized that you actually have to lift the plug out of the Dunkin Donuts lid to drink your coffee.

Is it Friday yet??????

I woke up at 6:30, got to the blood clinic at 7 (after fasting for 12 hours) and they took 6 vials out of me.

Then I went directly to Tim Hortons and headed home. Around 1:30pm, I was passing out at my computer, so I slept until 3:30pm or so, got up, ate dinner, went for a walk in the snow and then had a wickedly long bath.

Oh and talked to the lady from work about when I'll be going back Monday (time etc). Pretty excited and nervous like first day of school! It's been almost 2 years since I've been off work, unreal.

A bagel, holding office hours, and teaching my 9:00 class. Just another day...

Ironically enough, my 3yr old just started potty training this week.

Funny thing about your dog, I can't stop chuckling,

fell off the couch at about 8am.. figured well i should probably just stay up... ran the dog outside.. he did not pee on my leg or anyone else's.. though he came pretty close to peeing on his own foot... he hates the snow and does a little dance to get ready... and sometimes misses the snow and hits his foot... ugh i hate pee paw...

came back in and checked the weather.. got mad cuz more snow is on the way.. jumped on the bed woke up the wife.. then took a shower and left to buy a new hunting jacket.. came back home play fought with the dog for a bit.. then me and the dog took a nap.. made lunch... ate it... it was ok but not great... watched some spongebob... and fairly odd parents.. then made dinner... now i am here with a beer and the wife is watching her female shows.. and i am typing this.. pretty uneventful day for me.. hope tomorrow is better..

I don't want to talk about the beginning, but it ended with getting a much needed hair cut...
