Default Heart Attack Grill! And Makers Mark!

I don't know how many of your watch Sunday Morning on CBS, but Bill Geist always comes up with a great story.

This morning he tastefully presented a short segment about a burger place in Chandler, AZ called "The Heart Attack Grill." It's been covered before on Dateline - who, by the way, had a completely different, more "educational" slant on the story. Bill Geist presented the place in a much different light! It was pretty funny.

GEIST: Chewing The Fat
The dishes at the Heart Attack Grill in Arizona are simple enough - simple enough to do some real damage if you over indulge. That may be why they have a "doctor" and "nurses" on hand in the restaurant. Their presence certainly gave Bill Geist the courage to take on the mighty Quadruple Bypass Burger, "8,000 calories of heart-stopping goodness." The multi-decked burger is a mountain of four beef patties and eight slices of cheese on a bun dipped in lard. Obviously, the only thing healthy here are the portions. This is one establishment that is not for the faint of heart.

edited to remove the dateline reference.

I get the impression it's a tad bit like Hooters....

Bill Geist did a great segment....seriously. It was done in good taste!!

Too bad Gazelle missed the piece on Makers Mark!

What happens to those barrels once they're emptied? Here's a delicious little irony: Most of them are sent to Scotland and used again.

So with every sip of some fine old scotch, you're likely drinking a little bit of bourbon.
