Default Update on DM
I just got off the phone with DM. She's been sick with flu and just plain busy! I just wanted to let you all know that she's ok and says hello!

I also talked to AMN and she's fine.

ah, I posted mine in the So, How Was It? thread.

yours sounds good, but we'd have to make our own cider... I've never seen it in the tiendas here.

as for Jarlsberg and Gouda, lol, forget it!

Velveeta and Happy Cow are widely available, but good cheeses... HAH!

(that's why we're making our own cheese, and maybe in a few years, we'll get GOOD at it!)

cheddar and mozzarella make good substitutes. Use apple juice.
