Default Gotta love antibiotics!

I have not felt well all week. MS symptoms were going nuts. Had a really really impressive L'hermittes sign the past few days (if I lifted my arm to wash my hair, my arm would hurt so bad, bending my head forward wasnt quite as horrible)...plus more numbness, vision weirdness, headache....

Yesterday morning, I woke up with a tummy ache that reminded me of the last time I had a UTI, didnt think much of it...later that afternoon, I was feeling feverish (stupid thermometer swore I didnt have a fever tho) and I was having some of the more obvious signs of a UTI.

I got to the doctor minutes before they closed up shop...they gave me the cup, I gave it back, and they told me that I didnt have a UTI...yet...I had 2 little white cells (bacteria) in the results, so they said I could have a UTI, but it wasnt enough for them to say I had one. So they sent me home on my not-so-merry way. But, told me that if I felt worse, call them and they'd get me some abx's.

This morning, I felt horrible, MS symptoms were all over the place (L'hermie was starting to tick me off, so I called them back, got a Rx, and now I am so happy!

I dont feel feverish anymore, the horrible symptoms of stuff are either not here now, or they're not so bad. That's after ONE antibiotic pill!

Gotta love that! I dont feel like I have a fever now, and L'hermie has calmed down and went back to wherever it hides when it's not bugging me. (I had never had that bad of a L'hermittes before, and am just surprised that it's gone now)

I've never had a flare sneak up so sneakily either, I'd been feeling sick all week and didnt even notice any UTI symptoms until yesterday. Amazing how quickly that stuff happens...and I'm so glad that the antibiotic is working so well. (probably because I didnt get a quinilone antibiotic this time...quinolones always set off the MS symptoms)
