Default Profile weirdness

You know what's weird? The "current activity" feature on the profile page. When you go to somebody's profile, it will say "editing signature" "viewing index", replying to thread "Insights....", or private messaging, or....? That thing makes me kinda feel like a voyeur or something. Kind of creeps me out.

I always feel like somebody's going to view my profile and find that my current activity is "taking a potty break" or "sneaking another piece of fudge".
