Good luck with the shipping company. I think it's come to the point where many employees don't want to take the time or the energy to do their jobs correctly anymore. We've had three packages delivered to three different houses instead of ours in the past few months, and it wasn't during a busy season. Luckily, the neighbors are nice and scramble to correct the mistakes made by UPS or the mailman.
