gotta say, Shrek the halls was pretty good. I also like the Christmas story with the kid who wanted a BB gun. Good stuff.

I love It's a Wonderful Life, A Christmas Story, A Christmas Carol, Frosty, Rudolph, Miracle on 34th Street (the original version), and The Grinch (animated NOT Jim Carey). I'm also big on Charlie Brown's Christmas.
I've missed every one on so far this year. Bah humbug......... I just can't get in the mood this year.

When it comes to holiday movies, my idea of holiday movies is different than another person's idea.
For me, Christmas was Dad and I sitting and watching the Sound of Music every year. Grandma, Mom and I watched the 1940s (or was it 50s?) version of Little Women every year. The big one was The 10 Commandments with Dad. No one was to disturb him during the movie. I got to the point myself that I didn't want to be disturbed either during it. So for me, those 3 movies are Christmas. When I think of them, I think of Christmas, even if I can watch them at any time of the year.

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.
That movie is funny any time of the year.
