I have been so lucky to have enjoyed several get-togethers and I can't say enough about how much fun and emotionally fulfilling they are.

Tom, I'm sorry you weren't able to make this one but when you are healed make sure you let us know when you are in Michigan again.

And Sandy, is this summer still the plan for you and Jim to make it to MI? I hope so.

Believe me true friendships are made on some of these days that will last a lifetime!

Hey weegot5, that can be arranged I'm sure. Sarah is making a couple trips down from the UP maybe we can do something then.

Sure! Jim and I are up to a weekend visit in the summer. We like to take off for a weekend. Maybe Frank and Deb will make it too. :D

Thanks for sharing your wonderful trip. I hope that someday I will be
able to get together with a bunch of you.

Seeing the pictures and reading your posts made me feel like I was
there having a great time with you.

This made my day. (I was out with a group of wonderful friends from
NT)

Bummer! I miss all the fun!

I got grounded by the doc this year. No flying. I got a blood clot in my femural vein (leg). So my wife and I kissed away a couple plane tickets to Michigan...

I guess we didn't miss a whole bunch. It was 78 here today...

We'll be up this spring some time. I got a mission in February - launch is 2/12 and it's a 15 day thing, so it'll be in March or April. Assuming this stupid leg thing goes away (it's called a deep vein thrombosis). I gotta get to Saline - my stupid 4 year old nephew wants to build a train out of pressure treated lumber. I gotta go teach him some engineering principles... Crazy kid - thinks he's a rocket scientist already...

I had such a great time. It certainly was the best medicine for me:) Shelley was so pretty and such a great person. After sitting down for a minute I felt like I had known her for quite some time.

I loved being around Cindy. You just can't feel down around Cindy. Sassy just lights up the room when she walks in.

My highlight was talking to DM. What a sweety. I can't wait to meet her!!

I will post my pics tomorrow.

Thanks you guys for sharing your day with me. I had a blast. It was sooo funny Everyone at the restaurant knew we were there! hahahaha.
