Wow,
I have had a life-long craving for chocolate. I mean, it's an addiction.
so, I'm doing South Beach now with my DH...and I NEED chocolate. Every day.
Except, I notice that when I don't eat chocolate, my mood is not negative. When I eat it, I get depressed. Severely so.
I used to break out in pimples as a teen when I ate too much chocolate. But now docs don't believe it acts that way.
So, is my body lying, or am I imagining these side effects?
I'd rather ignore the side effects, 'cause I love, love, love how chocolate feels in my mouth...actually, my fav is chocolate chip cookies...don't know why, but I am in absolute heaven when they hit my mouth...'til later, when I add up the calories I've eaten...
