Default Trans Siberian Orchestra

I was coerced by my children to go see this show and I was very happily surprised. I didn't even know who the Trans Siberian Orchestra was, but if you ever get a chance to see them, they do an awesome show. I was really amazed. They do a fantastic light show and tell a Christmas story and mix in pretty good music along the way. Just wanted to share in case anyone else is clueless about this group like I was. And no, I'm not getting a cut or have any relation to the group! Just thought I'd share that it was wonderful in case anyone else ever considers going.

three years ago, somebody emailed me a YouTube link for a short video of a Christmas lights display, set to music:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TD4g0gmQSLk

if that one doesn't work, try this one:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rmgf6...eature=related

I played it over and over, because I just loved the MUSIC that the lights were set to...

I discovered that the music was from the Trans Siberian Orchestra, so I hunted down other music by them to download.

I think they're just FABULOUS, and am very envious that you got to see them in concert !!!

Thumbs up

OMGoodness !!!

I just saw them in Knoxville the week of Christmas (Dec 23rd I believe) I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them !!! In fact they are my favorite group and I have been lilstening to their Christmas music for several years !!!

I have told my son and daughter and their spouses that they have to go with me next year because that is the one concert that I plan to see every year that they come to Knoxville !!!

They came last year and I just didn't get it worked out but this year I called up some friends and we all got tickets and went !

The light show is unbelievable and the music indescribable - you have to hear it - OMGoodness !!!

I couldn't believe it when I saw the title of this post - because I have talked about the concert non-stop since going !!!

I was amazed that I didn't know anything about them. I had never heard of them before. Not sure how I missed that. I will definitely go see them again now and buy a better seat than the 'nosebleed' seat that I had for this one the next time.

Sounds like you had a great time. I'm amazed, too, that you'd never heard of them. I could hardly turn the radio on in December without hearing them.

I love TSO! The music, the lights, and the snow! We have gone every year for the last 4 years. Its like tradition. I even have them loaded into my iPod.

TSO is one of hte things I look forward to in December. I really wanted to go see them this year in Pittsburgh, but didn't have the cash. Next year, we are going!

I have never been to a TSO concert but I have 3 of their CDs and have just recently ordered another on.

Their music is just beautiful.

Default TSO official site

At the risk of sounding like a spammer..

Have you seen their offical site? It gives details of their tours etc.
