Well, if you remember right after I got my job I got sick with a cold, sinus infection & tonsilitis - I was out of work for a week for I couldn't talk and one requirement of the job was to be able to talk!!

When I went back the following week I got crap because my sales were down - "Hello, I only worked 3 hours last week and those 3 hours I had pretty much lost my voice". Well, they didn't care about that.

So they gave me 2 hours to make 2 sales and if I didn't I was to go home and come back again the next day to try again for 2 hours. Needless to say I didn't go back.

They were monitoring my calls and telling me I wasn't pushing the customer hard enough, I had to make sure they said no 4 times before giving up. I couldn't do that, I am NOT a pushy sales person.

So, long story short (kinda) I am back to being just a college student again.

Well, that sucks. One of my first jobs was telemarketing and it was the same way. I couldn't push people either especially when I hate when they call my house. lol
