When my Dad came home from WWll my Mom said he would do a lot of tossing, turning and talking in his sleep. It got worse as he got older. One time when he was in the hospital they left the over the bed table over the bed instead of right next to it and he kicked it and actually broke his foot, not just his toe.

Now me, just hook me up to my C-PAP and I don't even rustle the covers.

I'm usually so tired I can sleep 10-12 hours and wake up in the same position I fell asleep in. Even my animals don't move much (though my oldest cat snores pretty loud)..

I used to sit up in my sleep and just keep right on snoozing all slumped over in bed. I've had dreams where I was fighting or being chased and have punched and kicked DH. I've always wanted to have one of those night vision cameras and record the whole night just to see what all weird things we do!

How would I know? I'm asleep when I'm sleeping. Duh.
