Default My radiologist has lupus.

They didn't do too bad on my arm today. The nurse went to do the IV and I showed her my arm from yesterday. She said "holy sh..." I'm not touching you! I'm going to go get Jessica.

Jessica was wonderful got it in on the first try without having to fish around in my arm. Very sweet girl, who turns out to have lupus. She has also been on the IVSM and gone through all the stupid testing, so I finally have a doctor that can relate. Which is sad and awesome at the same time. She is a very sweet girl I told her she should check out the boards.

The doctors office got the films from yesterdays round, the nurse called to let me know they got them and when they get the others on monday I can schedule a follow up to discuss it. She said my spine lit up like a christmas tree. Not surprising. And the doctor still wants to try IVIG.

And I can go Monday to pick up my cds so I am sure I will be posting new cool MRI pics.

Hi Legzz,

I'm so glad to hear that todays testing went OK for you and that it wasn't too traumatic! I'm sorry to hear that your MRI was like a Christmas tree though - I really hope that your doctor can figure something out to help you!

I'm sorry to hear that your Radiologist has Lupus though i'm glad that you had someone that you could relate to! It makes soo much difference having someone that actually understands what you are going through and doesn't just pretend to! How sweet of you to tell her about the forum also ... hopefully she will join!

Take care and please let us know how your follow up appt with the neuro goes! You're in my thoughts!
