Default I won at the casino....!!!!...

Last night my roomate, Kim, and another friend went to the Indian casino. I wanted to go because I had long been craving all-you-can-eat Crablegs and they have them.

After eating, what turned out to be not so good crablegs, we decided to play a few games. One friend played slots and gave them her $20. Kim and I started on Blackjack. (each started with $40) I got up to $60, left the table while Kim kept playing and went to roulette. (my favorite game is roulette and poker, but I am NOT good enough to play poker for real money)

I was playing roulette and our other friend came up and had never seen roulette before, I explained the game and she suggested I put money on 00. I did even though the odd's are BAD. and don't ya know it -- 00, I won $135.

Don't you worry though, I gave much of it back at the black jack table later on. I really need to know when to say when and go home, Kim, on the other and made $50.

Now that both the crab legs craving and gambling is out of my system for another year, I'm good.

Way to go, Earl..

I love to gamble and haven't, for a long time. We used to have a neighborhood Poker game, but I can no longer do it.

Blackjack is my game too..

Now, I'm much too conservative to be caught in such a den of iniquity, but I'm happy for your win. How much will you be donating to your favorite charity (me)?

In 2007, I won $130 on the slot machines at the Midnight Star in Deadwood, South Dakota. (The Midnight Star is Kevin Costner's casino) Only other time I ever won at a casino was the first time I visited a casino in the mid-90s. Won $75 at the Ameristar Casino in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

I have to be careful, because I can get a bit obsessed with wanting to win. Which is why I usually dont take any kind of debit card or credit card with me into a casino...and I try to not play more than I would spend on a night out to the movies (about $20)

A friend of mine wants to go to Vegas...I dont want to go, because I dont want to have to work my way back home. (if I go to Vegas, it'll be to go visit Old West museums and to see historical sites. No gambling for me)

That's great, Earl! Casino's are fun.....but I have to have a plan beforehand. I will spend "X" amount of money and stop once I've hit my limit.

I've never won big......just amounts under $100 but it's fun to play even if you break even.

Way to go, Sir Earl! Oh, and the above statement is sooooo false. I've been gambling w/the above mentioned perp and she almost got us kicked out of the casino. There I was minding my own business plucking a quarter in here and there, but nooooo AMN got rowdy and well, the robocop busted HER. haha!

Oh, and if you want my address, PM me so you'll know where to send my gift or cash is good too! Again, glad to see you had a win, Earl!!!
