Default Butt stuck to my bed!

Okay, now that I have your attention, what do YOU do to motivate yourself on days when there are things to be done and you'd rather be lounging around like a couch (or bed) potato? I've been planning to get out and do errands for the last 4 hours but so far all I've gotten to is the kitchen and the bathroom.

I need to get moving!! And I'm going to do it, right this second (err, well, in the next five minutes) but really, do any of you have any tricks to get going when you don't feel like it? This is becoming all too common for me and I need to get over it!
