Default Back pain again

Got back fro Lexington seeing the grandkids and have back pain. It started over there and has been getting worse. I know there is a certain problem when you have pain in your lower back when you lift your leg up but I can't remember. Anyone help here? I'm using a heating pad, 2 Aleve twice a day and leftover Flexoril

Sciatica? I didn't go to Lexington, but mine has been giving me heck too. Back pain, that is. I thought it was the weather? But then, with dh gone I have been doing a lot more than usual too.

After a long car ride I go right to the chiropractor. She has made a huge difference in my own back pain.

Heat is good, a warm bath, a glass of wine. If the pain is too bad, you may have to go visit the MD.

Hope you feel better.

Sorry about your back pain, Doyd! I've got awful spine/back pain alot of the time and am now in PT. When my disks are acting up, I have pain shooting down the buttocks and legs. I use a moist heat pad and that seems to help, plus sometimes the only thing I can do to take the edge off is take a pain med.

Hope your back feels better soon. take care and sending hugs.
