Default I know you guys are good for this...
My fiance's coworker (39 years old) had a massive heart attack last night and is currently in critical condition. Please Please Please pray for him and his family. He is a good friend of my fiance's and it is tearing him and I up. Good thing is we are finally going to re-evaluate our health..

Thank you all in advance. It is greatly appreciated..

My prayers said for your friend. It does make us stop and think when someone close faces that kind of health threat. Good luck to you and your DF in making lifestyle changes for your own health.

Praying for your friend. It's terrible at any age but he was really young. I hope he makes a full recovery and goes on to take good care of himself.

you know the worst part is... is he was an active fit guy... just goes to prove that it can happen to anyone..

Thank you all for your comments...

My fiance and I are going to watch what we eat and exercise... its a mandatory thing... its not really an option at this point... my fiance is 35... and very overweight... gotta get him (and me) in check....
