does the guy who is in charge of the money get to keep the interest its earning in the bank account he choses?

Things that make ya go hmmm

Sounds unsound to me.. Hmmmmmm 50 x 24 members a month = 1200/mo. 2 years = 24 months. 24 x 1200 = 28,800. Well somebody's making some interest. 1200 maybe sounds risky and not very wealth oriented growth to me. to there are interest bearing CDs and accounts.

And there's no guarantee you'll ever win anything. Naw, don't like it .Apparently someone has access to all the money.

I did the same thing!! I wondered if the chickens in Vermont are quicker than the chickens here in GA. :p

I also think that these schemes are illegal.

Sounds like a "Suckers Anonymous" Club or "Suckers Unite" Club.:D

Who can afford to pay $50 a month and completely be unsure of any kind of return. Kicker did some great calculations and it just doesn't add up.

Glad you had the sense not to do it Earl. I'm proud of you.

I agree with Kitty. Put the money in an interest bearing account. Also, then you have access to it, if you end up needing emergency money.
