Do you remember when they said children would be better off drinking beer, instead of milk? how silly!

We had good old fashioned baby faced cow for dinner. So many folks have no idea where their food comes from. A newspaper article recently shamed hunters in the local area, telling them they should "go to the supermarket, to buy their food. That stuff doesnt come from harming ANY animals, and is cleaner than killing something." I swear to God! My husband cut it out, and cackled at it.

Baby big macs...that thar is funny.

When I was in Norway I ate horse meat. Now I love horses but our hosts served cheese and sandwich type meat. I remarked how good it was and asked what it was. Yes, it was horse meat. I said that I loved horses but that this was really good.

Of course over there, eating horse meat is nothing to them. Just like we eat cattle meat, venison, etc. It's just that horses are pets here.

No offense taken since "Kitt" doesn't have anything to do with a cat in my case
