Default Sea Kittens? Whuh???

I read that PETA was "re-branding" fish as "sea kittens" to give them a better image or something, so people won't eat them. They (PETA) also want the band Phish to (at least temporarily) change their name to the Sea Kittens to promote all that.

This is a joke, right? In internet hoax? Somebody's going to say, "Ha! Gotcha!" Right? Right?
