Default Want to make $63/hour working from home?

I am thinking of checking this out. Looks too good to be true but who knows. It is on Fox's website, so I am sure they checked it out before posting. Let me know what you think.

I am removing this link to protect members here as it seems there may be scams associated. We know it wasnt Earl's intention to link to such so leaving the thread more as a warning to beware of online scam sites that sound too good to be true!

If you Google "Google Quick Cash" a lot of info pops up. It appears to be a scam.

Here is a link that addresses the ploy: http://www.reviewopedia.com/google-h...FQJ-xgod2Uqqaw

Okay, I bit the big one and did it to see what would happen. Within 40 seconds, my card was billed $2.99 (the charge dispute has already been filed).

Have a look at a good discussion about the company here: http://electronplumber.com/yourblogp...scom/#comments

Here is their disclaimer:

Get a load of just one paragraph from their very convoluted disclaimer, note that monthly fees are written out as opposed to numerical figures:

By purchasing this product, you agree to adhere to the termination agreement as outlined on the order page, confirmation of order page, and confirmation email, which is that you, the buyer, are not entitled to a refund that may or may not have been charged to you for delivery of said product, or services, or subscription. Furthermore, any free trials that may or may not be offered with this product are only free during the said allotted time of the free trial period, the free trial period is 7-days starting on the date signed up. If you have not cancelled the free bonus within the free trial period (if offered on product purchasing), you are agreeing to purchase the bonus material and/or service at a monthly reoccurring cost of seventy-four dollars and ninety-five cents USD."

My bank gave me a phone number that is supposed to be their customer service/cancellation line and it is an automated answer from a guy, "Mike" talking about a weight loss program (???).

This is an American, 10 digit, toll-free number in the central time zone. I won't be able to get any action on this until Monday, but I will come back and tell all.

The actual parent company is Gillmap out of Great Britain which explains their ability to skirt FTC disclosure rules.

It has been almost an hour and I have received nothing from their "expedited electronic shipping".

I was reading about a scam they (some people) pulled on Medicare. They offered seniors $100 for showing up, sleep tested them putting wires and electrodes all over them ending in a pile on floor unseen, charged Medicare like 1500 a person saying results showed no sleep problems. There were wheelchair scams, giving 1000 dollar wheelchairs and chargng Medicare $8,000. On most things now I'm a suspicious old lady.

I have got to stop communicating with Earl! I blame him for this all the way.

Shappy, you're no help either!
