Default Back from Lexington seeing the grandkids!

We went Sunday afternoon and got back this evening. Yesterday we went to the Louisville Zoo. I would think that they would think they are a major zoo for the area but they only have 4 electric scooters. Luckily their website said that you could reserve one for an extra $5 reservation fee in addition to the $25 dollars. So I called on Friday and they already had 2 of the four reserved! So I am very glad that I did that. When we got there around 11:30 mine was the only one sitting there. So I would have missed out on one and would have had to use a wheel chair.

My 2 year old is growing up so much. She will carry on a conversation about anything. I know that having a little one stand on the electric scooter shouldn't be done but that's how we did it part of the time and we both enjoyed the hugging time while I was riding. We also rented the movie Australia.

Nice that you got to go see them and do the zoo.

Sounds like they miss you as much as you miss them.
