You're never alone at NT. The shy ones will emerge. Me, not too shy, was a teacher, couldn't be. Had to get over my fear of public speaking fast.

As the others said Jim, you're never alone at Neurotalk so please feel free to post whenever you feel up to is as i'm sure you'll find someone that is going through the exact same thing as you! If you ever want to talk, please feel free to PM me. I don't have MS but have a condition that is very similar (my Neuro said MS and the condition I have, CRPS, are the closest linked neurological condition) and my nanan had MS so understand some of the things you and others are going through!

Take care and hope to see you round the forum more soon!

Hi, Jim. Welcome. Saw your post about MBP8298 Dirutide -- a study drug, you said?

I'm on Copaxone. I've been leery about being on study drugs because I didn't want to risk being on a placebo.

Hope everything works out for you!

Keep coming back to visit us.

Hi Jim,
I'll be you friend. We all will be. What would you like to talk about? Are you feeling bad at this time, lonely, sick or just want to vent a little about something?

There are so many people on here, please feel free to ask a question, or just talk. We understand, we have all been there.

So how are you today Jim?

Sorry, I had to go back and see what your story was. Sounds like you really had a tough row to hoe, a lot of progression while on that drug.

I'd be bummed too if in your shoes.

Hi Jim! I'm so sorry the experimental drug didn't work for you. You have courage, my friend!

I'll be your friend. PM me if you need to talk. You cannot stay shy here, I promise!

Hi Jim

Welcome to NT. Just come around anytime and there
is always someone to talk to you, make you laugh, and help in anyway that
we can. You would be surprised to learn how many of us are also
shy, I am one of them.

This is a place that people understand what you are
going through and will help if they can. There are times when someone
gets you laughing so much you forget about what the real reason this
group is here for.
We are all in the same boat, we throw out the
lifesavers and pull in all that we can.
