Default Strength & courage

Check out this blog below on STRENGTH AND COURAGE just sent to me by Patti & Chuck who helped me last night. When I got home my friend asked "whats wrong with you, the meds, the pain?" I said no, i had the most incredible hypnotherapy session I feel like i just left the ER room with morphine in my system.

I used to think hypnosis was hokey until I met the "certified" therapists, heard them speak, educate others & used me as a guinnee pig for pain management at sessions & classes. Now, if i can get some peace, calm & reduced pain. I'm so for it. It's like finding the complimentary physician, therapist or friend who u can relate to.
