Default Therapy, might be making it worse

Therapy actually feels good; it includes Ultrasound, hydromassage, heat packs, parafin, and exercises.

But I have an hour drive each way. My shoulders are frozen, and my right hurt before I started. I beleieve it is worse now. It may be the drive. I don't know if I should stop therapy or continue.

Anybody have therapy put them in more pain?
