Victoria, you look awesome! Glad the trip was good for you.

Don't ya hate it when you hurt and people say "but you look just fine"? GRRRR.

Those sub-tropical latitudes make my pain levels go down. And returning to the piedmont area (S.E. US) after my S. Fla trip, I had a hard slap in the face... in pain for weeks! I also find that the dry heat sauna makes my pain drop considerably.

Oh, if only we all could have a spa! Or a Mexican Vacation!!

Thanks guys....

Went to Mayan Rivera and had an amazing week...NO pain heat is my best friend!! came off some meds and then came home to pain hell!!!! Getting better now.

Now on Long acting ultram like it very much

Marc says the photographer needs credit!!! LOL he is making me laugh love when he does that takes me to other places. love that guy not to mention we are talking rings......

Thanks for the compliments.....just cut back on portions and eating lots and lots of veggies.
