Default Today..............

Today is our son's birthday and throwing him a surprise party tonight.
He is so deserving. I Thank God every day that he and his family moved back from Oregon. I made my last trip there in 2003 and said no more. I could not handle the altitude nor the weather changes. Wishing everyone a Happy and Peaceful week-end.

Oh Lisa, what part of Oregon was he in back then?

the cascade range and east of it are much more of a temp fluctuation compared to the west side and coast range.
but more moisture on the west side.

Today it's a bit rainy and cool outside so I plan on curling up in my bed with all my pillows and watching my season 2 DVD for Greys anatomy...
Lisa, I bet your son will be so Jazzed... I hope you all have a blast at his Birthday Party..
Wishing everyone a restful and low pain weekend..
((Hugs))
Dawn

Last night I had a wonderful dinner out for my birthday - which was actually the 12th (Columbus Day). And I'm not telling WHICH birthday so don't ask LOL! When I was a kid we actually took Columbus Day off on the 12th so I never had to go to school on my birthday - pretty sweet!! I tell my kids their generation and beyond will grow up wondering why every important event in history happened on a Monday!

My daughter's HS football team is 8-0 and ranked 7th in state, that may change as of last night's victory. First year in this conference and they swept it - lots of excitement as has been decades since record like this!

Happy Birthday to your son Lisa-L, from a fellow Libra!

I am cleaning up the birthday party mess Ever since the Heart issues, what use to take 10 minutes now takes me 30 minutes. Thanks all for the birthday wishes. He was soo It was a great party.

Jo, they lived west of Roseburg close to Crater lake. It took all day to get there from Texas. Planes, Trains and Cars. Pretty country but Bod said no more. When they decided to come home, it took me only 10 minutes to call Mayflower and get them packed up. His home sold in one day.

Red, I sent over two big pieces of cake late last night. Look on your front porch. Hurry before an Armadillo gets it....Hurry~!~

Happy belated birthday back to you, Beth.

Now it's time to get ready for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Xmas. I love this time of year.

A Crater Lake trip was in our plans for 2003 summer- another thing that got put off due to my RSI/TOS injury that year.

well someday - at least we finally got the kitchen remodled!

Mark - rest up so those TrPs injections last longer for you.
{I know it's hard to do that though}

I've got TrPs in my rhomboids now from stacking firewood & R shoulder is complaining from that and pulling out English Ivy and Blackberries!

Mark,
I'm sorry to hear that you've been in pain and are all cramped up and am hoping that you're feeling better this evening. You've never been a complainer and are always upbeat and encouraging for everybody else so I hope you have some good days ahead!
