Law surely hope you start feeling better, but glad those lolly-pops help! I was wondering if anybody else had this happen.... when I fall asleep and drop the pillow that I usually hold my ar straightens and my last 3 fingers curl up more so than normal. When I do wake my arm is straight my fingers bent and I require my wife to message my fingers to straighten the and her to help me bend my arm a few times before I can do it by myself and at times while she is doing that I am in actual tears! I have not had an appointment with Dr Togut, though have talked with him and he said it has to do with the Fleor nerve/muscle!

Unil later I wish all a pain free day !!!!!!!!

Default Today i

am kind of sad about all the bashing on the forum feedback- suggestions are great- but many are just complaining and not offering ideas for improvement.
I'm wondering if their postings will have repercusssions when we return to BT1???
I hope not.
I think the banned ones are inflaming the others- i think they forget that anyone can read here.
Oh well life goes on.

Jo I am not bashing anyone, I am just glad to see many face from the past and as far as complaints... well I for one will listen to complaints and should there be a way I can help another that would be great, however should I NOT, I hope there is somebody out there that can ! are we not here to try and help each other!
My thoughts go with you and everyone... Mark-n-Goober

Default Today I

am online again and I am glad to see that the "today I" family is growing!!

Since thursday my both arms hurt more than "usual" - nevertheless I spent the weekend in Vienna where we enjoyed the museums, restaurants and cafés.

I hope you can have a painfree or a light-pain day today!
